He brings a hands-on approach to problem-solving, project coordination, and execution, with a focus on moving complex developments forward efficiently and effectively.

Jamie oversees the social drivers of health and supportive housing strategy for KG Development Group. Bringing a integrated approach to community wellness and resident stability, Ms. Gray develops and manages the clinical and logistical operations across the portfolio. Her responsibilities include establishing specialized wound treatment protocols, structuring supportive service budgets, and directing client intake processes. Manages affordable and workforce housing developments seamlessly from concept through closing. She leads due diligence, design team alignment, and construction draw management, while collaborating closely with lenders, equity partners, and legal counsel to secure complex financing, meet critical closing timelines, and maintain strict compliance across all development phases. Her proactive approach to underwriting and financial modeling helps optimize capital stacks and mitigate deal risk early in the predevelopment phase.
